ENG vs IND 1st Test. At the end of the third day’s play in the first Test between India and England, India scored 110 runs losing five wickets in the second innings. To win the first Test, Virat’s team needs 84 more runs and five wickets remaining. Captain Virat Kohli (43*) and wicket-keeper Dinesh Karthik (18*) are present at the crease.

Earlier, on the third day of theTest match the England team was all out for 180 runs only in the second innings and it got a 193-runs lead. India got the target of 194 runs to win the first Test.

ENG vs IND 1st Test: Indian batting in second innings

India’s start in the second innings was not good. Team opener Murali Vijay could not do anything special for the team in the second innings as well. He got out LBW on Stuart Broad’s ball on the personal score of just 6 runs.

Broad also got out the other Indian opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan scored 13, and was caught caught by Bairstow at the outside edge. KL Rahul could not even show anything special in this innings also like the first innings. He was caught on Ben Stokes’ ball at 13 runs at the hands of the Bairstow.

Rahane was also caught by Bairstow after scoring 2 runs. Sam Curran got his first wicket in 2nd innings as Rahane. Ravichandran Ashwin was called up for batting but it did not help. He scored 13 runs and Anderson got him out with the help of Bairstow.

In the second innings, Stuart Broad took two wickets against India while Anderson, Ben Stokes and Sam Kourran took one wicket each.
