The F1 2018 season has reached half way and we must take a look as to where the star drivers stand in the middle of this F1 season. Leading the world championship is, of course, Lewis Hamilton who showed an incredible character at the German Grand Prix.

He notched up a win from the 14th position on the grid and then followed it up with a hefty win at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Hamilton is now 24 points clear of rival Sebastian Vettel.

So, here are the leading 5 drivers at the midpoint of the 2018 F1 Season

With 132 points to his name, Lewis Hamilton’s teammate is 4th on the list. His best race position this season has been 2nd.

#3. Kimi Raikkonen
