Mohammed Shami, the pacer of Team India is in a controversy with his wife nowadays. His wife Hasin Jahan is making fresh allegations every day against the fast bowler. In the same series of controversy on Sunday afternoon, Hasin at a press conference repeatedly made serious allegations against Mohammed Shami. She talked approximately every corner of her relationship with his husband.
Hasin said that “I tried to convince him that he should accept his mistake, I have been trying for very long. He would’ve run away to UP by now if I did not catch hold of that mobile phone, he would’ve divorced me till now if I did not have the mobile phone.”
She also added “He’s making up all sorts of things to save himself from allegations. Why didn’t the media investigate even after I gave them all the details? Till the day I took to social media, I tried to convince him to save our marriage. If he tries to come back I may still consider.”
After Hasin’s press conference, Mohammed Shami also came in contact with the media. Shami did not say anything about the allegations made by his wife, but he said that I am ready to talk.
This is the matter:
Hasin has lodged an FIR against the Indian fast bowler Mohammad Shami on charges of attempting to kill him, including domestic violence, rape, and beating. In this case, Shami has imposed non-bailable streams.
On the basis of the complaint of Hasin, a probe has been started in Jadavpur police station Kolkata against Shami and four members of his family. However, the police have not been cleared yet that who are these other four family members of the cricketer, have been charged along with him.
They have been charged under section 323 – punishment for voluntarily causing hurt, section 307 – attempt to murder, section 376 – rape, section 498A – domestic violence related to dowry, section 506 – threat of death, section 328 – poisoning and section 34 – Mass torture under criminal conspiracy of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to legal experts, Section 307, 328 and 376 of these are non-bailable. In such a situation, the arrest of Shami and his family members is almost certain if they don’t get anticipatory bail from High Court or Supreme Court.
