On May 16, 2008, Mumbai Indians had won the match in only 5.3 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders. Earlier, with the help of their Bowlers, MI restricted Kolkata Knight Riders on a very low total of 66 runs and then easily achieved the target with the help of Sanath Jayasuriya’s 48-runs knock on 16 balls and with 87 balls remaining. The record of the win with the most balls remaining is still registered in the names of Mumbai Indians.
