Ricciardo is angry with Red Bull

Red Bull. All the hard work Daniel Ricciardo put in to claim the pole on Saturday went in vain as he had to retire midway in the Mexican GP on Sunday. An angry Daniel Ricciardo’s patience succumbed as he had to retire for the eighth time on Sunday despite starting from the pole.

Daniel Ricciardo was utterly wrathful about how things shaped up on Sunday. And he also stated that he is done with the Red Bull car. Daniel Ricciardo’s rant just did not stop there and he also made a shocking statement wherein he said that he does not see a point taking part in the last two races of this season.

Ricciardo left fuming, Verstappen celebrated a win

While Ricciardo had all reasons to be disappointed and fuming, teammate Max Verstappen won the Mexican GP handsomely.

The biggest of all achievers remained Lewis Hamilton who won the World Championship title by finishing fourth on Sunday. Lewis Hamilton with 5 World Championship title is now only behind Michael Schumacher.

Red Bull plays down Ricciardo’s rant

Red Bull stated after the race that they very well understand the outburst of Ricciardo post-retirement. Christian Horner, however, played down Ricciardo’s rant after the race.

Ricciardo said after the race that he will let Pierre Gasly drive the car as he is done with it. He further added that he does not see sense in coming for the last races.

The 28-year-old will be seen racing for Renault in the next season. Right now his frustration with Red Bull is at its peak.
