Manchester United’s vice chairman Ed Woodward expressed his support for José Maurinho and promised that he would invest in the club to make the club proud.
After a 1-1 draw against the Wolves on Saturday, Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United is now 8 points behind to Liverpool.
Because of not getting the player he wanted from the transfer window of the summer, Mourinho is facing troubles and hence the rumors of problems in his relationship with Woodward was coming out recently.
But Woodward said on Tuesday that there is no discussion about the position of Mourinho in the club.

Woodward said that, “Everyone at the club is working tirelessly to add to Manchester United’s 66 and Jose’s 25 trophies.”
“‘That is what our passionate fans and our history demands,”he added.
He further continued with his statement and said that “We are committed to our philosophy of blending top academy graduates with world-class players and are proud that, once again, last season we had more academy graduate minutes on the pitch than any other Premier League club.”
“Our increased revenue expectation for the year demonstrates our continued strong long-term financial performance which underpins everything we do and allows us to compete for top talent in an increasingly competitive transfer market,” he concluded with all hopes.
