Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez has announced that his team will not go abroad and he has also rejected the plan to organize the La Liga in the United States.
La Liga has already agreed to move one of the games of this season into the Atlantic Ocean, which is a match of Girona FC against Barcelona for the January set at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
The president of Real Madrid has completely denied the fact that his team will go abroad to play any match.
Florentino Perez on Sunday said to the club members that “We are not going to the United States. We do not know who this interests, surely not the clubs or the fans. We are vehemently against it.”
Florentino Perez was never on the fever of this match: Lopetegui
Julen Lopetegui, the coach of Real Madrid also revealed that Perez had already cleared his views on the issue and he doesn’t that Girona vs Barcelona match should be shifted to United States.
He had already explained the coach that “I’m not in favor of it happening. It doesn’t benefit equality in this competition as every team should and must play in the same fields throughout the season.”
