Wimbledon 2018: Will Andy Murray play?

As the Wimbledon 2018 approaches near, Andy Murray is still not sure if he will be playing in Wimbledon or not. After making a comeback from a year-long injury he lost his comeback game to Nick Kyrgios at Queen’s. But he came back strongly to defeat Stan Wawrinka Eastbourne.

Now he will face Kyle Edmund next in the second round of the Nature Valley International. 

Andy Murray after winning the first round at Eastbourne said that he amazed by the way he is playing after his comeback. But he still did not confirm his presence at Wimbledon 2018.

He told BBC that he was pleased with his performance against Stan Wawrinka at Eastbourne. Andy Murray has won the Wimbledon twice. 

He won for the first time in 2013 by defeating Novak Djokovic. He then won it again in 2016 as he defeated Milos Raonic in the finals. Despite his impressive win against Wawrinka at Eastbourne, he said that he will feature in Wimbledon only if he is ready.

He said that he feels no pressure to hurry into his decision about Wimbledon 2018. He is yet to decide on his fitness to take the Wimbledon call.

Federer to look for his Record 9th Title:

Roger Federer will look to win his 9th Wimbledon title this year. He has the most Wimbledon titles in the history of the event. While Roger Federer has won Wimbledon 8 times, Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal has won 2 Wimbledon titles each. Serbian stat Novak Djokovic has won the title thrice.
