Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova to meet A. Barty in the next round

Pavlyuchenkova has entered the quarter-finals with a win over Kvitova. Pavlyuchenkova will face Australian tennis player Ashleigh Barty in the quarter-finals.

Ashleigh Barty defeated Angelique Kerber of Germany in her third round match of the women’s singles category. The Australian defeated Kerber 7-5, 6-1.

“I played very well here last year, and it was an amazing week with some amazing memories. It’s nice to be back on this beautiful center court, playing some good tennis and getting further and further into the tournament,” she also added.
