Liverpool player Fabinho says that he is adjusting the game according to the style of football in the Premier League and his club manager Jürgen Klopp.
Fahinho had joined Liverpool from Monaco on a deal worth 43.7 million pounds in May this year, and with this transfer he found that he is getting fewer opportunities to play. He only played 3 out of 11 matches for the Reds and only performed in a match from the beginning.
Fabinho’s performance is different from the style of Clop football, the way he was playing in AS Monaco. Fahinho believes that the process is coming out well and share his views.
What Fabinho said:
“My process to adapt to English football has been very good. Since pre-season I believe I have understood the way Jürgen Klopp plays and the way the team plays.”
“My relationship with my teammates has also been very good, like Roberto Firmino, who has been helping me, and also Alisson,” he added.
“I’m playing a little bit more and that’s important to me because it’s important to adapt on the pitch by playing matches,” he continued.
“It’s a new experience for me because Klopp has a different style of work from the way I’m used to – but this is something I will learn.”
Fabinho concluded and said “I have learned a few things from him but it is just the start. He is a coach who demands a lot from his players, not only in matches but also on a daily basis in training.”
